@suppchen_ I’ve watched all of the Trollhunters universe except for the final movie. I really liked the show, the voice cast was great

The ending of Torchwood: Miracle Day was widely criticized for feeling rushed, convoluted, and unsatisfying compared to previous seasons.

Why the Miracle Day Finale Disappointed
  • Weak Resolution: The global plot resolving the "Miracle" (where nobody on Earth could die) boiled down to a confusing, blood-transfusion-based science fiction mechanism at a planetary crevice called "The Blessing".

  • Contradictory Lore: Rex suddenly becoming immortal at the very end felt like a poorly conceived and unearned plot device.

  • Wasted Stakes: Major characters were sidelined or killed off in ways that lacked emotional resonance, leaving viewers with a hollow payoff after a very drawn-out season.

BTW this show is a spin off of Doctor Who. It stars Captain Jack Harkness

Probably a common answer, but Game of Thrones. The pay off for characters and the storyline just wasn't as satisfying compared to what the rest of the show was like.
