   TVD has no filler episode, it doesn't drag things, every episode is jam packed and compared to other show has every episode worth a season content, in others show, the writing is insane, the lore too, and if you think this is fast wait until the ther seasons. The world building is fantastic, season one is just an appetiser, the main course is yet to come, that is why I told you it is not just a simple lame romance, there is so much more.
