   i love this show its worth the 8 seasons

   No sorry to disgree really strongly but the TVD finale is perfection.

   TVD is writers goal that is how much is well written.

   You don't want a stupid Walmat channel happy ending that anybody taken off of the street can write, you want a meanningful, poetic, significant unforgettable, poignant, emotional finale that is well wirtten and non predictably dumb, eight seasons to get to stupid happy ending finale??'.

   TVD finale is perfect, if she said differently, she didn't get it at all, because the finale is so right, make so much sense.

   This show is not simple, it's incredibly deep, psycological and  complex.

   It's not about romance, it's about so much more, romance is asn excuse to explore the human condition in all it's nuances, It's about the two brothers story, it's about family values, it's about community, friendship, and it's not a love triangle, but more a journey of discovery of Elena of who she is, what she wants, growing up and understanding things that when you are a teenager you don't get.  It's also about conquer balance between the dark side and the light, and so much more. TVD is anything but shalllow, predictable and lame.

   I’m sitting here thinking a little too hard to think of  shows with 5+ seasons that have good endings…. The only ones I can think of are Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Scandal, How To Get Away With Murder, The Magicians, Killjoys, iZombie, and Orphan Black. However for some of the ones I listed I don’t exactly remember how the final season/episode went but when I think of the show I’m not left with annoyance or disgust like Charmed, Glee, GOT, [insert Arrowverse show here] or Supernatural

   STARGATE SG-1. Had a great ending. It got 10 seasons and 2 movies.

   I feel Bri on the ending of How I Met Your Mother. I watched it with my adoptive mom/aunt all the time and we were royally pissed off by the ending! It was one of the few things we agreed on, as far as entertainment.

    I'm just so excited to see ruffs reactions to all the jaw dropping bullshitery in this show lol also a show that's is 6 seasons and ended perfectly is summer camp island! The day I see it on the homepage will be the day my life is fulfilled ?
