   OKAYYYYYY!!! no one knows carmen sandiego anymore but i found her under a couch in a vegas hotel room like a year ago!! took me years but i finally found her!!

   There were actually two completely different shows in the 90s based on the video game "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" The one that song is from was a kids game show on PBS, and the band (Rockapella) sang the theme song (and occasionally other songs) in studio. The other was a Saturday morning cartoon on the Fox Kids Network.

    Onion is the most entertaining beach city citizen to me. My guess to the dislike of Onion is that he stresses Steven out a lot and since he is super nice and generally stressed that makes Onion look even worse.
