   Spongebob's expression is very similar to my own right now. I really wanted to be wrong about season 4 spongebob, but these 4 episodes really drive home just how fast it can fall. The latter half of Season 3 is where I really started to notice the shift though. The characters just acted so . . . . Strange. Exaggerated characatures rather than true cartoon characters with emotions other than blissful ignorance. Spongebob is so obnoxious in every one of them. Not only disregarding social cues he has seen before, but actively choosing the worst possible response to the situation. Good Neighbors is really where I draw the line. It's just a Squidward torture episode, and I know this is only the first of many many more. It's not even the horrid one I thought it was. Only Patty Fear really had solid jokes other than the spongebob pinching himself "gag." And I hate to say it, he is AWFUL in "Have you seen this snail." The song and the twist with grandma are the only good parts. The rest was painfully unfunny

   As someone who has a pet cat named Gary, I can't watch "Gary Come Home" without at least tearing up. Especially since one of my biggest fears is my cat somehow getting out and going missing.

   Ironically for me, SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward are some of my least favorite characters. Don’t get me wrong. I can still laugh at their antics, but they’re all so horrible in their own ways. My favorite characters are Gary, Sandy, Aquaman, and Barnacle boy, as well as Patchy.

   I'm so much like Squidward. @boomsentai I love your background it looks like a green screen. Grandma is VO by Amy Poehler in "Have You Seen This Snail?" " Where's Gary". @joeruff you should've played the end credits song of Where's Gary.

   14:41 so is this universal for grandmas. My grandma would stay up for hours watching CSI and Monk. And game show reruns.

   Starfish are technically decomposer (fair warning for the future, idk if this spoiler delete this if it is i guess lol). This also support my theory on where Patrick get his money from. Maybe there a non-disclosed agreement that pay decomposer species (excluding pet class species, such as Gary) too wondering around and do their thing, and Patrick don't know he has job cause he Patrick just occasion that occasionally he get money lol

    I love Squidward, and it's funny how I think a lot of us were like SpongeBob when we were kids and didn't understand Squidward, but now that we're adults, we're like Squidward/know where he's coming from.

    Post-Movie Spongebob has good episodes here and there, some of them being actual favorites of mine. I just want them to at the very least make it to Friend or Foe before they discontinue it due to it having pretty much the only meaningful backstory any of these characters ever get.
