   I really need someone to make it clear to Seeohknee that the game is not the definitive version of Scott Pilgrim. The game is great, but aside from Anamanaguchi's soundtrack, it's basically just River City Ransom with Scott Pilgrim characters. Scott Pilgrim is a comic first and foremost, then a movie, and then the game is a pretty distant third.

   So the whole Kim and Knives jamming scene, the fact it showed a heart in the background and two were jamming together either meant one of two things.

   1. It was representing the beating of their hearts as they played

   2 . It was a tease of Kim/Knives.

   While people might call that a stretch, the Scott Pilgrim video game creators was a fan of the pairing and they might have added it to tease people who do pair the two together since there’s a fanbase for it.

      Honestly it always confused me there was always drama over scott x knives but never any mention of the scene with kim (and relationship in the game) in canon or within the fanbase. A major aspect of the series is how flawed every character is.
