   Ok so, no she did not just make the knight based off of the picture. If you recall back in season 3 her sister told her that their summons are created from their slayed foes. This Knight is the enemy that she faced in her original white trailer.

      To be fair, until Volume 3 (and the short-lived manga adaptation) confirmed it, we weren't entirely sure what the knight was, or what the fight was even about.
