    Nah y'all are Sakura haters xD 

    Chiyo and Sakura literally work TOGETHER to defeat Sasori. Also she's 16 years old, it's a freaking Akatsuki member. Both would die without the other. Chiyo wouldn't be able to use her puppets if the iron sand was still up (of course she would last longer than Sakura but eventually she would be out skilled), and Sakura would've died earlier due to the needles, or maybe not there but she would've had to use her antidotes way earlier than that.
