Nah Black clover hate is understandable. I took me a lotto get through 10 eps of it because of his yelling(not crying), I don’t mind if characters cry as long as they are not useless like Takemichi. But when Deku cries it fits the scene and he doesn’t cry that much.
Black clover has an excessive amount but it's only in the first like 4-5 episodes, after wards he does it rather sparingly. I also don't think deku is bad either, but it's the internet which is full of haters. Never let listen to others about what media/games are good/bad.
What a ride! Had so much fun rewatching this with you guys :D so excited to see y'all watch season 2!!
I enjoy emotional characters, but usually for more selfless kinda peeps, like Sanji from One Piece or Takato from Digimon Tamers. Deku always felt so selfish to me, as so many of his lines are just desires to be a hero like All Might, but refusing to do anything to better himself (physically) or aiming for another job that he COULD go for that would help people (like the cop man we met in ep13). He only rushed to help Bakugou because it was his childhood friend in danger, not some stranger... and he helped Uraraka, who he got a crush on at first meet-and-greet. And even during his rush to save All Might, he was thinking "I have so much to learn from him still" instead of, I dunno, "I need to save him" only? XD Guy barely did anything, and got upstaged by Bakugou, Todoroki, and Kirishima, all three who I love way more then Deku. =D His reflect behavior is also not winning him any brownie points in my books, but... It's still a fun series, and I'm looking forward to seeing your reactions for the remaining seasons~!
yea, in my (and many others) opinion, Deku started ok, but as it went on he became thing that drags this series down, MC should not be that. His relationship to Almight is his only saving grace. Bakugo has him beat in Popularity.

Asta didn't get crap for crying moreso screaming, Deku despite being more liked and popular definitely got crap aswell.
I've seen it with my own eyes that asta caught crap for both.

I'm so fucking excited for the other seasons, please don't drop the show!! And if you're able, do more than 2 episodes a week, MHA has a ton of continuity that follows up to the least 4 episodes together ?? also, if you're willing to check out there's always end credits!!
SPOILER FREE - BIG THING YOU FORGETTING ; The Healer at the school cant heal "gone" stuff, like you missing an organ or a bone, she just speeds up natural healing speed. She isnt a video game healer. All-Might was dying already before meeting Midoriya, hence the shortened appearances etc, as he described in the first few episodes; he is missing some internal organs, his stomach and some of his lungs respiratory system, I mean we see him coughing blood when he gets excited xD
Thats the reason he keeps getting weaker, as you need to be strong to handle the Quirk, regardless if its been passed down or not. Its also the reason why we see Midoriya grow to contain the power more, as he is getting stronger - while All Might is dying.
We're not forgetting tho
Man y'all should watch THE BOYS!!!! It's a gritty dark superhero show with some light humor it would be perfect for yall and the channel if you havent watched it already its a masterpiece in its class

To answer your question, All Might is basically running on the leftover power his body has stored up, while Deku on the other hand is always on a ‘full tank’.

I believe that every episode of MHA had an end credit scene. Ya'll have to watch them. Some of them even segue into the Movies and are important to the plot of several arcs.
