Hippos are definitely one of the most dangerous animals on this planet, one on one a fully grown hippo would absolutely destroy a lion, though lions would rarely try to attack something as large as a hippo alone, so in a group they would have an advantage, but the hippo would definitely make even a large group work hard for it
Nah, not even. I've seen a hippo just going about it's day while three lionesses were attacking it like nothing was happening. Hippos have very little body fat. The huge body of theirs is almost completely muscle.
Man I’ve not seen this movie in so long. I remember seeing the second one I think in the cinema and the third but not being able to enjoy the third because I was busting for a piss but didn’t want to miss the movie.

Code: Lyoko was a French series from the early 2000's that meant well damn it lol but yeah, they were large-headed, weird big foreheads, but was still kinda good all things considering.
2004 kid here, me and my whole batch literally grew up with the penguins, the series was on Nickelodeon. So to me, it was as known as like Fairy Odd Parents and Dora growing up. So, I'm lowkey surprised you guys are kinda new to them and King Julian, they're amazingg. last year there was the penguin dance sync meme and the "los pinguinos me la van a mascar" meme. A real good movie to check out is Happy Feet. That was one of the prime animal movies of the 2000s for me and cemented my love for penguins

If you find the time you should watch Ongezellig by Studio Massa. It's a short dutch internet animated show. Its very short, only 24 minutes for all 6 parts. An unofficial English dub exists but it's pretty bad, so if you decide to watch it please watch it in Dutch with subtitles.

Thus series was fine. Not a fumble, not a resounding success. Just fine. I do think the Netflix spin off about the lemurs as well as the penguins movie/show are far more interesting.
Madagascar 3 is the best one. Hopefully you guys watch all of them.
I don’t know why, but it’s amazing how back in the early-mid 2000s there were just random instances where existing songs are put in a movie/show, and then becomes just as much if not more associated with that than the original source; I Like to Move It, Sweet Victory and All Star just to name a few.
