Gumball S4 Episode 37-40 REACTION

I’ll tell you what the last thing I expected walking into a gumball episode was an awesome anime fight between Kawaii Nicole and evil Japanese cloud Sophia Vergara

ok, so that The Grieving bit in The Compilation is a reference to an infamous Gumball creepy pasta about a banned episode.

In the early seasons of the show Rob's whole character existence was that he was just forgettable. There was an episode (The Pony) where he was just the punching bag where gumball didn't even remember his name, and was kicked down into a sewer hole. Then he was just cast into the void to be forgotten by the world by everyone, but even when Gumball first entered the void, he was there to rescue Molly instead of him, still forgotten about. But by clinging onto the van he escaped but his body badly disfigured, it's not like he intentionally made himself like that, it was a side effect that he has to live with. He was back but he was still a nobody, that was until gumball gave him a purpose to be a villain, with gumball's previous mistreatment towards him, how gumball left him behind unknowingly, and with the way he looked now, no wonder why he decided to blame gumball and become his arch-nemesis. But even after finally getting a role in gumball's world, he realized he's not cut out to be a villain as shown in The Nemesis, and in The Bus, saying that he doesn't want to be a villain but has no choice. Him being a villain wasn't gumball's fault, but Rob didn't just do it to himself either. You can tell in his speech that he wants to be 'somebody' that can be respected, somebody that people cared about, but he will never be able to do it because the world itself has shown that if you don't have a role to play in the world, whether thats a class clown, love interest, sidekick, etc. you may as well be forgotten and thrown into the void. This is why Rob is a great villain, he's stuck in a role he doesn't want to play in, and even if he doesn't like it he cant help but hate gumball after what he was put through.
