   To answer Eric’s questions, hippos and honey badgers are not in Australia. Hippos come from Africa and honey badgers from Africa, Asia and India. The Tasmanian Devils are in Australia but are basically extinct. They used to be all over the mainland but their population there was destroyed over 3000 years ago. Now they only live in Tasmania(go figure), an Australian island state.
