   You would be wrong about people not liking season 1 and 2. I would say about 90% of the Ben 10 community loved the shift in tone, loved the DNAlien and Highbreed story line, loved the dessert episode and espically loved the two part finale for season 2. Most common reason to why people don't like season 3 as much is how different Vilgax felt and how cocky Ben got, and the tone of the show changed a lot. I liked season 3 but in my opinion season 1 and 2 are far much better. I'm in awe of how much you like season 3 over season 1 and 2 and how disappointed you are about season 1 and 2. It felt like season 2 finale paid off really well. I still don't really understand why you guys were distafied with season 2 finale.

   I think it's... sugilite is the original and died on petropia. Meanwhile, Ben's DNA copy of him that formed Chromastone reformed into Diamond head when Vilgax shattered him, using a mini version of his "regrow petropia" powers. And then Tetrax pulled him out, but that one died after fighting vilgax. The one who says he's Sugilite is the original, who Ben just revived.

   I think the implication is that Azmuth stored Sugilite/Chromastone in the watch for safekeeping, since the omnitrix's purpose in the UAF era is to be a backup drive for extinct species.... Even tho he never un-extincts cannonbolt's race.

   I love how it’s never explained why Vilgax was stupid enough to keep fighting Ben and Co but then just flew off and found Chromostone in the middle of god knows where in the universe.

   I haven’t really seen it mentioned (not that I’ve really looked) but there’s a canon live action Ben 10 movie called Ben 10 alien swarm where some of the stuff in it comes into play later.

         Not sure when exactly but it takes place before ultimate alien at least. A lot of the movies are kind of like the one piece cover stories, they’re technically canon but you don’t really ‘need’ them, per se to understand the story I don’t think. This one and (after looking it up) another one called Ben 10 race against time being the exemption.
