So nice to see these guys live up to their group name of "Sorta Stupid" I know yall are way into season 3 but... good lord alot of shit yall get upset at is just baseless. Still love the reactions but... come on guys.
I’m guessing you guys either missed or forgot when Reiny first introduced himself he mentioned being part of a noble house and in line for something before Ben cut him off. The set up is supposed to be that Reiny isn’t just any random guy, but some one who was already inline for the position, which is why the council recognised him and asked him to lead them
So! Some huge gripes for me, the Highbreed are aliens, we have no idea what is a common mentality among their race. The ending of this seasons is not bad writing at all, it serves to show how much Ben has grown as a character. How he decided to find a solution for everyone instead of beating it into submission, which wasn't an option. Also Reiny could have been a trusted member of the gov before this and maybe what he expressed was so profound and the council had given up hope is why they were ready to accept an alternative other than death. The ending is a point for Bens compassion and understanding. People above have already expressed how I feel about your other complaints.
If you do decide to take a break, I hope you all take that break time to watch a couple of the Ben 10 movies to get them out of the way. The live action ones aren’t that great in my opinion but Destroy All Aliens is.

Ben didn't use any new aliens with master control unlocked because that's not really how it works. Yes, he could turn into any one of those million species if he knew what their species was, but the Omnitrix will only turn him into what he's actively thinking or saying out loud with master control on, its no longer random so he couldn't luck into it either, and how would he know a species or have a hero name for a race he hasn't seen yet? once again ben's lack of knowledge comes back to haunt him lol y'all were frustrated when its really just that the watch doesn't work that way without species knowlege, its not like the active playlist set to ~10 suddenly has a scroll wheel of 1,000,903
I get being upset abt not seeing more classic aliens, because (1st of all me too) wild vine and diamond head would have been so dope, But the Omnitrix can't just feed aliens names into ben's brain that he's never seen before to turn into, or put new aliens in his playlist without him making it put specific ones (or resetting lol) idk, he just doesn't know aliens we haven't seen, because then it would have been offscreen and that woulda been even worse, it would have been cool to see a high breed transformation or something lol, or another alien species ben has previously had first hand encounters with on screen (not a lot of viable, useful, candidates tho)

Realistically it's either you stop watching here, or you watch the whole show to the end. This is a pretty good cut-off point. Personally I think you should do what makes you happiest.

To be honest I don't remember anything after this season until the final season finale and Ultimate Alien and your right I don't consider anything after the OG series to be real AF and UA gets a pass as timeline alternative shenanigans but still f Omni and the reboot.

I honestly love how much Ben has grown like compared to Vilgax Ben solved a major issue with his brain and words he's grown and I love that. And with the Omnitrix being unlocked they did the same thing when we saw Ben 10,000 for the frist time said he had a million but showed us the same aliens jsut redesign

Are you guys gonna watch the Ben 10 Alien Swarm movie before Season 3? It's set 2 weeks before Season 3 Episode 1 and I loved that movie to bits. The cast is great too

Its live-action, swaps out about entire cast, and is not very popular as seen by the almost universal 4/10 rating it has, highly doubt it.

i mean to be fair for a battle as big as this you wouldnt want to change into a random alien that you wouldnt know how to use properly, would have been cool to see but wouldnt make sense

Yeah that's another thing, although giving Ben master control and the number 1,000,000+ was too much to hype it up. Should've just been he removed a specific limiter but not everything. But realistically, if most people were in his shoes they'd definitely have a few main aliens they opted for- like we do for hero-based shooters, or fighting games, etc. And testing out a character for the first time in a high-stakes situation like a ranked game would be out of question.

When going into war, choosing a weapon you are unfamiliar with, is probably the worst idea one could have.
YES it would be cool to see, but it makes 0 sense considering it was a battle they had to win.
Another thing to point out is its kinda silly to expect someone to transform into something they dont know what is. Azmuth briefly mentioned the Aliens are seperated into sets of 10 for simplicity sake, with voice command being another option. Shouldnt be that hard to figure out that you cant really use the voice command if you dont know what you are turning into.
See that's the thing I wish they understood especially since Ben had absolutely no idea what any of the other aliens might do or sound like for all Ben knows they could have no abilities and speak through growls like wild mutt. Ben immediately knows what to do when he turns alien in alien force and I believe ultimate alien but that's after he's turned into said alien which would just be a waste of power

Unfortunate that you guys weren't the biggest fan of season 2 but at least we have a much needed break from B10 to look forward to, despite liking Gumball and a few other cartoons more than Regular Show I think RS fits the vibe of your channel more than anything you've watched.
Honestly not just this season but I feel like this is a problem with Alien Force as a whole that the pacing just feels weird. It's hard to describe it but it's like'Did I miss some frames? What happened?'
Also I believe the episode revealing the Highbreed plan was too early. That's why it looked like they crew just did doing nothing. The probably should have pushed the episode to like 3rd of 4th last in the season.

As a kid I always wondered 'Wait how tf does Azmuth know about Noah?' Like why does Azmuth know about a myth from some species in a backwater world.
Azmuth had catalogued every single species in said galaxy, and also cooperates with the Plumbers, of which Max Tennyson is a notable member. Having Azmuth do some light reading on one of the more known myths from his (Max) planet isnt that much of a reach. The concept of having a backup isnt something specific to Earth either lol, thats what that myth breaks down to, atleast in the way Azmuth used it.
it makes sense that Azmuth would use an analogy that Ben could relate to. People nit-pick too much for a kids show that already has great continuity.
During the run time of alien force and ultimate alien the creator of the show died so the studio had to finish what he wrote,since the show was managed by a team the story suffered a lot changes

Nah, that’s just Omniverse, Dwayne was long enough to write the first season of Omniverse, though only the script he wrote for the pilot was used, after that it’s DJW who takes over.
How would they have destroyed the giant relay beforehand? With the whole squad there and way big they could not even hurt it. Also Ben chose to save the other humans life to sacrifice the key instead cause he doesn't want anyone to die. Also the reason they keept away from the place was cause it was way too dangerous so they never could really find out what was going on so they decided to find answers elsewhere. Seeohknees nitpick during ep 12 don't really much sense I can understand being frustrated with the bad episodes, to then be critical about stuff that can be made sense of doesn't seem fair.
