Personally I really like the addition of space Beth. Since Beth told Rick to pick for her staying on earth or going into space which would be want for her. But the way I see it Rick just wanted his daughter to be happy He didn't know which would make her happier so he gave her both, then by completely randomizing it not to mention mind wiping himself in a way they both became the real beth so he wouldn't be able to kill either of them

Tbh with the new format if yall cut boom and Erik dow the middle and moved one of them to the bottom right hand or left hand corner It would be alot better. Still have the bigger picture bur not so many charcters heads being cut off
We would also be able to read more of the subtitles whether or not if they are on top of the screen or the bottom.
Let's not ignore that if Jerry wasn't so incompetent he totally would've ended up killing his wife with that laser out of pettiness
Honestly, the show gets sadder on rewatch, especially due to the later seasons

Sorry had to say something because you guys hate Jerry so much, but the thing is if you dislike him, you literally have to despise everyone else in the family because they’re so much worse lol.

Im sorry dude but caring and wanting to spend time with your kids is literally the bare minimum. He is objectively a bad father. So is Rick. Beth and the kids aren't great either but the difference is they're not trying to pretend they aren't. Jerry is obsessed with trying to prove he's a good person while doing nothing but stupid shit and that's why he sucks.
It's the bare minimum that other people in the Smith family don't meet. Beth's a bad mom and a bad person, Rick's a bad dad and worse person. Jerry does honestly seem like the only one worried about what all of this craziness is doing to Morty and Summer.

now I understand for YT this new format is probably nessecary for copyright protection reasons but might I offer the solution of adding a simple overlay filter over the small image?
I just started reaction content myself so I'm going to start playing around with how I capture footage with maybe the smaller image at the bottom instead of it behind me since I'm starting to find it annoying from others

Love the reaction guys! But I’m sure you’ve heard that many of us do prefer the older format of you guys big and the tv show a small box on the middle. This allows us to see the whole screen of the show and also lets us focus on your reactions which we all love. If there’s a specific reason you can’t do it that way anymore please let us know! But otherwise we miss the old format. Anyways keep enjoying Rick and Morty!
i agree, it takes up like 25% of the screen and the other format was pretty comfortable to watch
Yup kinda hard to watch with most the charcters heads cut off.
If you decide to watch the anime, wait till you finish s6, cause it takes place between s5 and s6, and also it follows a completely different Rick and Mortys, so it doesn't have anything to do with out R&M, but honestly, I could barely make it past eps 1, the energy is different, it's just not good. Ill try again when the season is finished to see if it gets better, but general consesus is no bueno on the anime
