Yeah Goku is just normal level intelligence unless he fighting where he becomes a genius... unless you count super where Goku's IQ takes a massive nosedive. All hail the rise of Stupid Goku the guy who causes half the problems in Super because he is too stupid you wonder how he functions. I won't lie the Stupid Goku stuff is probably my least favorite part of Super.
