I think Finn was greatly overexaggerating with the clown nurses. Dude couldn't sit still for like 1 day for his foot to heal when Jake already paid all the nurses.

How does popcorn die? A living thing eats it would be my guess. Also, they were fighting over territory from the whole "Princess, give up your kingdom!" line. Ahh, ain't this show great though? Especially since when they dug up Clearances skeleton his rib cage was busted, so a little foreshadowing a bit there!
